At Sweetlikecandyco & Wondercandleco, we are committed to ensuring your happiness and providing you with the sweetest experience possible. While we strive for perfection, we understand that there may be instances where we fall short. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your Sweetlikecandyco or Wondercandleco product, we are here to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work together to find an appropriate solution. Your satisfaction is our primary goal, and we will do everything we can to make it right!

In order to assist you better, please include photo evidence of the issue or any damage you may have encountered. This will help us understand the problem and provide you with the most suitable resolution.

(Perishable items Lollies/  Novelty candy items /Drinks/ Food items)

As a perishable item, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or refunds after 14 days. However, our commitment to your satisfaction remains unwavering. If there is an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to Contact Us wondercandleco@yahoo.com.We will do our best to rectify the situation and ensure that you are happy with your Sweetlikecandyco purchase.

(Lucky Dips, Gift Boxes) Our Lucky Dips are not Refunds and/or exchanges are not accepted on these products. 

(Exceptions / non-returnable items)
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Special deal items!
and we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or our Candy range!

(Damages and Missing item/s issues)
If your product arrives damaged please make sure to contact us at wondercandleco@yahoo.com. within 48 hours of receiving your item's and email us pictures of your damaged item/ box and we will asses your claim, and a replacement or refund may be issued! if replaced the item will be sent out to your shipping address you provided on your account in a timely manner or alternatively a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

We DO NOT  REFUND OR SHIP Missing items out after (30 Days) If you have not checked the contents and taken photo evidence of the entire box and contents upon arrival date to your address you provided from Australia Post.

(Delivery by Carrier) This clause applies where You select to have the Goods delivered by third party delivery contractor. We do not accept responsibility with respect to any delivery failures, delays or transport damages by Our third party delivery contractor once the Goods are dispatched from Our Shop, warehouse or showrooms.

While we understand that changing you may have a change of mind on an item your may have just purchased but, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. Heat Warning! Sweetlikecandyco is not responsible for melted or damaged products/candy. Ice packs are available under our picknmix page. Please be aware of nut & other allergies when ordering under your discretion!
